Watermelon Mint Cooling Elixir
1 small chilled watermelon, rind and seeds removed
4-5 stems fresh mint, stems removed plus more for garnishing
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into fancy glasses and garnish with extra mint leaves.
