What you get when you blend avocados with cocoa and a bit of maple syrup and then put it in the freezer? You get super creamy, rich & chocolatey Fudge Ice Cream in the form of a healthy popsicle.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE POPS
3 ripe avocados, skins and pits removed
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup cocoa powder or cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Place the avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sea salt in a blender or a food processor and blend until velvety smooth. Spoon into popsicle molds cups and freeze. Makes 6 small or 4 medium sized fudge pops.
