Coaching sessions are done with me in person, over Skype or by phone depending on your geographic location. Each session is 50 minutes and is tailored to your individuals needs. We will work together in a way that is non-judgmental and empowering so you can move towards your goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
I will gently guide you from your starting point, no matter what that is to the nutrition and lifestyle goals you would like to achieve. I will work with you to determine your motivations and identify the barriers getting in your way.
After each session I will send you a detailed summary of what we talked about covering what is working, what is not and how to move forward. I will include plant-based nutrition guidelines and recommendations, recipes and resources for creating healthy vegan meals and guidelines for achieving your goals.
With your session you have the option to include a personalized 5 day plant-based meal plan (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) with recipes. The meal plan will be based on your specific likes and dislikes with the goal of making the transition as easy as possible.
When you book multiple sessions you can reach out to me at any time between sessions and I will be there to respond to your questions.
